Collections Inc. is a debt recovery agency based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We are proud members of the American Collector's Association (ACA), the leading international trade organization for collection agencies, and we are fully compliant with the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
We serve a variety of clients, including businesses, medical providers, financial institutions, utility companies, government agencies, landlords, and retailers and more. Our main goal is to help our clients recover past due payments for services, bills, and other financial obligations while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
We begin the process by sending a letter to the debtors informing them of the client we are representing. This step plays a crucial role in encouraging the debtors to make a voluntary payment.
We make it easy for our debtors by accepting all forms of payment. We have an easy to use online web portal where the debtor can easily go make the payment. Our clients are notified of any payments in our monthly settlment report.
If a debtor ignores, refuses, or does not pay an account, we will refer it to our attorney for further action. This part of the process requires client authorization.
